My parents bought a mansion of a fifth wheel last year and they have had it back at Vision too many times. They have owned it for just over a year. There is always some excuse for things not being fixed, or fixed in a timely manner. Their team does not seem to communicate to each other. When speaking directly to a manager, you will have repeat yourself to the person actually doing the work later. Thinking of spending 6 figures for a 5th wheel? Don't let it be here.

So I had a horrible experience I broke down near by and they promised to get me back on the road same day for 1200$ than tried to con me with all kinds of excuses like bend bolts, rust, and kept the trailer for three days tried charging me over 2200! That's almost 90% increase from the quote and if I didn't pay they were not going to give me my trailer.
