We bought our house this past fall using United Realty. My realtors knowledge of the area was great.
We paid $800 security deposit when we moved into 1514 W Calle Sur #B, 88240. Vision Realty had over 1 week to get the apartment ready for us. Mrs. Soki Murray is a very busy business woman though. She did not have the time to come for a walk through when we moved in, or when we moved out as a matter of fact. The apartment however was filthy.
