Lied to about the state of a property. Old pictures used as well, that possibly hide the location of the damage. It took an inspection for obvious information to be given. Not happy about being lied to and potentially set up to be a sucker. Just because you're helping someone sell, doesn't mean you should sucker a buyer in. How could I buy a property off an REA lying to me that there were no issues (serious water damage), and then become chummy with them as they manage the property for me going forward? The best realestate agency I have dealt with so far. Lisa was really helpful during our tenure and moving out. She even reached out to us nearly after one year to settle an overpaid amount.
