Called up to make an appointment and the staff member was not paying attention at all, I said I needed a uterus ultrasound after a miscarriage and was asked how many weeks pregnant I was. Very insensitive, there was no apology or care for the way she spoke to me. The attitude was that she was too busy to listen or pay attention and that my phone call was a huge inconvenience. I took my 10yr old girl for US abdominal??appendicitis. That sonographer was very unprofessional and entire time she's looking at me and talking. She did the procedure less then 5mins???I doubt if she is really a sonographer or Xray technician??? We had similar scan in capital radiology and they took half an hour.
