Wow! It was the first time I went to the gym in over 7 years and I was so self conscious. I was scared to walk into the class. The owner, Dawn, greeted me and made me feel so welcomed. She would help me with modifications, so I could still do the work out with others but at my level until I built up my endurance. I am so grateful, I joined such an amazing gym. Had my first class today and boy oh boy! What an awesome experience. Dawn is the owner and is incredible. I told her about my weaknesses with my body and let her know I hadn’t been in a gym for almost a year. She helped me modify throughout the class and made sure I was doing ok. I left there with my legs feeling like jelly… it was the perfect amount of workout that really pushed me but wasn’t over kill either. Group cardio and strength training that challenges you every time. Great training and support. Offers early morning and afternoon classes 💪 I have done the real early in the morning classes in the afternoon classes. Works great with my schedule as a personal trainer this is my place to get my own personal training. Love this place

I was getting super bored with the same routine at the gym. That’s when my friend Tara recommend I try out a class at Vision Quest Fitness. From the very first day I was hooked! Not only are the owners super helpful and informative, but Dawn is an amazing trainer. No workout is ever the same. They offer cold plunges, massages, and even have a cute little boutique full of workout necessities. Whether you are new to fitness, a regular at the gym, or just stuck in a workout rut, you will feel more than welcome here!
