I’ve been going to Vision Quest for over a year now and I’m hooked! Dawn is an amazing coach, personal trainer; always finding ways to motivate us and hold ourselves accountable! The other trainers are awesome too; and regardless the workouts are incredible and insanely effective! Coming from someone who has worked out a big part of my life and most recent years attended Crunch and just did everything solo… love going to VQ where I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do early in the morning!
Willing to do the work? Then you’ll definitely see amazing results! Dawn ( and Ashley’s also) are amazing and their workouts are challenging, stimulating and effective! Doesn’t matter your age (I’m 57).
Group cardio and strength training that challenges you every time. Great training and support. Offers early morning and afternoon classes 💪 I have done the real early in the morning classes and the afternoon classes. Works great with my schedule as a personal trainer this is my place to get my own personal training. Love this place, challenging.
I have been going to Vision Quest for over a year now and I cannot say enough good things about it! Dawn is an incredible trainer who cares deeply about her clients and their fitness goals. The classes offered have truly challenged me and given me a new found love for fitness. I am stronger and more confident because of Vision Quest!
I have been attending Vision Quest Fitness Studio for almost eight years now. It is the only “gym” that I have been able to stay committed to going. The sign up method keeps me accountable and I always leave feeling better than when I got there.
