UPDATE APRIL 2026 - Vision Quest is hands down, THE BEST place to be!! I absolutely love the incredible workouts and gym family here. Dawn is an amazing trainer - knowledgeable, supportive, and truly invested in helping you get real results. No place I'd rather be than at Vision Quest! I have been going to Vision Quest since 2017. The owners are amazing and super knowledgeable about all things fitness. The workouts are always challenging, and I am in the best shape ever!! VQFS is our hometown gem! It's a gem of a gym !!

Life changing. I arrived at the gym with goals. Sean, and Dawn had me meet my goals and surpass them in no time. In just 6 short weeks I am down body fat, up muscles. I look forward to 6am - 5 days a week. The people, the classes, and the results make me never want to hit snooze on my alarm!
