Life changing. I arrived at the gym with goals. Sean, and Dawn had me meet my goals and surpass them in no time. In just 6 short weeks I am down body fat, up muscles. I look forward to 6am - 5 days a week. The people, the classes, and the results make me never want to hit snooze on my alarm! I’ve been going to Vision Quest for over a year now and I’m hooked! Dawn is an amazing coach, personal trainer; always finding ways to motivate us and hold ourselves accountable! The other trainers are awesome too; and regardless the workouts are incredible and insanely effective! Coming from someone who has worked out a big part of my life and most recent years attended Crunch and just did everything solo… love going to VQ where I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do early in the morning!
Willing to do the work? Then you’ll definitely see amazing results! Dawn ( and Ashley’s also) are amazing and their workouts are challenging, stimulating and effective! Doesn’t matter your age (I’m 57).
