I received a call regarding the review I left, and I want to say that Christina was amazing. She listened carefully to my concerns and the issues I faced. She’s now working to make things right. I just picked up my glasses, which had a lens pop out previously, and they’re perfect now. The lenses were completely remade—no more thick, wrong, or poorly notched lenses, and they’re securely fitted in the frame. I wanted to wait until my glasses were returned before leaving a review, but I don't expect my feelings to change once everything is resolved. My initial experience on the day of my exam was great. I selected a frame and brought in another of my own to get a second pair. The staff who assisted me were very kind. I was told that my glasses would be made in-store and ready by the following Monday, August 19th. However, we received a call saying my husband's glasses were ready, but mine were not.
