Always excellent service and kindness. Everyone is so patient and Dr Paul Proske is phenomenal. The best eye doctor! Highly recommend.
(Rachel/front desk staff is super sweet and helpful). I have vision insurance, and was told I’d need to pay a mandatory $49 fee for retinal imaging because “this doctor requires it”. That should be the patient’s choice. If you say no to the imaging, they REQUIRE dilation, which “could add 45 minutes to the appointment.” Pupil dilation eye drops take effect after 15-20 minutes. I’ve had my eyes dilated at least 10 times. How does that take 45 minutes? Sounds like they exaggerate the time estimate to encourage you to do Optima... read more
Great experience. The staff and optometrist were knowledgeable and very helpful. Nice office and great selection of designer frames. Rx was done correctly on first try. Love my new frames! Thanks VisionPro!
This place is completely unprofessional and misleading. The staff overpriced the lenses for no reason and didn’t even bother to explain or offer standard options like index or anti-reflective coating. Then they charged me an extra $59 just for bringing my own frame, which feels like a scam. When I tried to cancel the order, they refused. This experience felt dishonest from start to finish. I strongly recommend staying away.
