Fantastic service and just all round nice people. Needed to reseat my lens back into the frame and was having a hard time with it. Brought it to them and was happy to pay for the service but they did not want to take payment. Definitely coming back again for all my future prescription glasses.
Emily was absolutely lovely. Huy was very professional amd friendly. Excellent at testing kids. Would recommend coming here!!
I broke the arm on my glasses and couldn't find anywhere to fix them for a reasonable price, without wanting me to buy a whole new frame. I then walked into Vision Precinct and met the wonderful Huy Ho who fixed my glasses in no time at all. Thank you for helping me out and focusing of helping me rather than being opportunistic. Highly recommend this store.
Took my mum to get her eyes checked here based on a recommendation from family. Sabrina was absolutely fabulous and was very thorough checking mum’s eyes. She was kind, attentive and really took the time to explain everything to us. The receptionist was also great and patient. Luckily got a walk in appointment and was seen straight away. I don’t live nearby but am considering coming back for my next eye check as they were fantastic. Thank you for being so lovely with my mother who is not confident with English.
