Extremely upset that you could not take 5 minutes to adjust my glasses today. I am in excruciating pain and cannot wear them. I was told at the time of purchase to come by to have them adjusted if needed. I called twice from the parking lot and received no answer. I walked up to the door and was told they do not have time today, I can make an appointment. But you certainly were paid promptly. Thank you for not spending 5 minutes to take care of a customer.
