Was seeing better than 20/20 through a reading prescription that had "expired" a couple months earlier (they still started the order in spite of that; got it a year ago) and had to cancel a $400 lens order because I didn't have a "current" prescription (for something you can buy at a drugstore for $10 - readers) Also, they had a hard time understanding the idea of pushing a charge back onto a credit card.
