I strongly recommend avoiding Vision Eye Care Plus in Rainsville. I scheduled an appointment five months in advance, only for them to contact me out of nowhere at 2:00 PM in the middle of the day—less than a week before the appointment—because of a training conflict. Because of their complete lack of basic business management, this last-minute notice completely derailed my schedule and cost my business critical morning contract opportunities today. Front desk staff worked me into the schedule quickly! My triage care was top notch! The lady pre-examining me was incredibly thorough and well trained. Dr. Matthew was very professional when discussing my care and explaining a course of treatment. And when I had a slight mishap, he was speedy to respond. The check in and check out process was great.
