Front desk staff worked me into the schedule quickly! My triage care was top notch! The lady pre-examining me was incredibly thorough and well trained. Dr. Matthew was very professional when discussing my care and explaining a course of treatment. And when I had a slight mishap, he was speedy to respond. The check in and check out process was great. Would give zero stars if I could. Do not use this eye doctor!!! Made an appointment over the phone and provided my son’s Medicaid number . Took my lunch at work to take him only to find out they refuse to see you if you don’t have a physical copy of the Medicaid card with you. Very rude receptionist that wouldn’t even write my son an excuse that he was there after being kept out of school. Very unprofessional business

I have been going to Vision Plus when my daughter was 5 and took her back last week ,now she’s 8 year old because she was having headaches - Dr. Matthew is the best! Vision plus is Efficient with my appointments, And the Dr. extremely detailed with her exam, and explains things on an easy to understand level. My daughter loved him she said “he was kind and explained her really well and funny”. Staff is extremely helpful with insurance ,plus with opinions as she picked out frames. Can't recommend this place enough!
