Exceptional service and staff! Every visit has been perfect. They simply are the best here. You would be hard pressed to find a better solution for eye care anywhere.

Booked an appointment, went there and their entrance was boarded off with planks. Walked around the whole building and no entrance only "exist only" doors and a LOT of no tresspassing signs. The building itself honestly looks abandoned.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I found the staff to be quite rude when I originally ordered contacts through them a year ago. Reached out again recently to place an order and received the same treatment. I switched over to Clearview eyecare and they were heaps better to work with.

Natalie was awesome and helped so much! She was very kind and patient and not pushy at all, she found out what I needed and assisted me with that, that is awesome and I’ll definitely make this location permanent for me from now on. I have been going to vision plus since I was 13 years old and I can say Natalie is one of the best I’ve ever worked with getting glasses and that is not an exaggeration. Thank you again Natalie and I’ll see you next time!

Staff was very professional. Dr. Dosanjh, (who introduced himself by his first name) was awesome. He knows how to connect with his patients through casual conversation. He asked just enough questions to get to know me a bit without prying. He was thorough and ordered me a different sized contact just in case it might work better. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.
