Staff was very professional. Dr. Dosanjh, (who introduced himself by his first name) was awesome. He knows how to connect with his patients through casual conversation. He asked just enough questions to get to know me a bit without prying. He was thorough and ordered me a different sized contact just in case it might work better. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Had a very unfortunate experience at this store. The receptionist and doctor were nice, but unfortunately when it came down to ordering glasses that's where the service ended. When I sat down with the girl, we went over my order for a single pair of glasses. I had two insurances and asked if it was possible to combine them. She called her billing department and the person on the other end was very reluctant and said that she "really doesn't like" to have to do that (coordinate between the two insurances). (What?) I just wanted to come in and see the frames that were available. No I didn't have an appointment. Walking in there was no greeting from either employee. The energy felt completely unwelcoming and awkward. I felt uncomfortable immediately. I asked if they had any frames for riding motorcycles. The staff member I spoke to didn't know that there was such a thing. I decided not to prolong the very uncomfortable experience I was having and I turned around and left. Seamless experience! ision Plus billed my insurance, knew exactly what was covered vs not. I typically go to COSTCO but was told by COSTCO that I would need to pay for the exam out of pocket and seek reimbursement from insurance co., that I couldn't get an appointment for over 2 weeks, that COSTCO lenses already had coatings on them and that how insurance would handle this was to be determined.
