This doctor is great very meticulous in his work. I recommend him to everyone. I noticed other people complain about his receptionist. I had no problems with her, but I do tell you this even if you have problems with his receptionist, don’t cheat yourself out of a good eye doctor because he is very good and knowledgeable.
I went in for my first appointment today an waited to be greeted. The receptionist was so rude. I wanted to ask about how long would it be before I went back since my appointment was for 11am an it was getting to be 11:30. Well she gasped like I was bothering her by even being up at the receptionist desk. She replied look I don't know when you are going back all I'm here for is to put this information in so you will have to wait an see. I do not recommend vision plus, honestly I should have listened to the reviews. I only went here because it was close to my house. The receptionist always looks like she just rolled out of bed and acts extremely unprofessional. I made an appt to get my eyes rechecked to order new glasses and contacts, early November I had to come back early December to try on contacts which I didn’t know I was doing. My family and I have been going here for many years. Dr. Pruitt and his staff has always treated us well. Keep up the great work. You will never be able to please everyone!
