Late posting a review sorry! I contacted Tom when my boiler died on a cold Sunday with a new born baby at home. His communication was fantastic and he popped over to diagnose the issues. Explained how we could test the theory rather than jumping into an expensive fix. Once proven Tom was efficient, thorough and extremely professional at sort the boiler. Came over same day to look at the issue. Was friendly, clear and able to help explain my options. Would definitely recommend.
After having been told we probably needed a new boiler by another company, we asked Tom initially to quote for a new one. When he came out to us, he quickly diagnosed the fault with the boiler. (It wasn't very old). He obtained the replacement part, fitted it , checked everything and also fitted a Hive system at our request. He is reliable, very competent and knowledgeable. We recommend him without any hesitation.
Tom was great. I contacted him on Friday evening with a boiler issue and he was with us first thing on Saturday morning. He identified the problem and fixed it immediately. He is very friendly and polite. Highly recommended!
Would absolutely recommend. Relocated and fitted a new boiler and all surrounding pipework in a day. Very tidy job , clear pride in his work. Explained everything clearly
