When we had boiler issues and no heating or hot water, Tom responded to our enquiry immediately and came out the same morning. He was efficient, personable, professional and trustworthy. He explained the issues and options to me in layman terms and then temporarily fixed the issue. He then returned later that week with the required part to permanently sort. I called Tom out of the blue at 08:50 Friday morning due to a boiler breakdown. He said he would call in at about 5pm to have a look and that's what he did. He identified the problem almost instantly and ordered the parts for delivery Saturday. On arrival he came over and fitted the parts, serviced the boiler - everythings working fine and off he went. Our central heating failed on Friday evening and with a cold snap in the forecast we needed it fixed asap. We called Tom and left a message on Saturday morning. He returned our call within the hour and was with us shortly after that. From his phone call, he knew immediately what the problem was - it was fixed quickly and efficiently. The cost, including his call out was entirely reasonable and we were grateful for his prompt and courteous service. Thank you. We would thoroughly recommend this company.
