Deplorable. I moved into my new house a few years ago and needed a reliable plumber. I asked around on Facebook and was given Vision Plumbing's details, they weren't recommended because they were any good, only because a mutual friend knew James. I used them for a couple of small jobs early on and on both occasions the communication was poor, they were late and impolite.
