My first day and session at vision personal training with Chris Abrams was absolutely spectacular, I’ve never worked out this hard and still felt soo good then I felt today, Chris, you are one amazing coach and what I would say the best coach I’ve ever been with. I’m so excited to start my journey with you knowing everything I will do and learn is 100% correct and reflective. You not one of the best but YOU ARE THE BEST!

Started my fitness journey the beginning of this week with Dominique Bezuidenhout , I am so proud of myself for coming and and for taking this next step to a brighter future for myself ! Dom has been such great motivation towards me , really looking up to her and can’t wait to get pushed to the max ! One session with Dominique and I already feel so good about myself !
