This location should re-evaluate their staff and management. I called to ensure my prescription was correct so I could order new glasses. Darnise looked up the prescription read it and when I asked did this have AR coating she said I have to transfer you to someone else. When she transferred me it went back to the main menu and I had to call back in and try to speak with Darnise again. The worst experience I've ever had at an eye dr. Appointment I'll preface this by saying that I've been going to the eye dr every year for the last 20 years and I've really never had an experience like this. I just moved to mandeville and don't have insurance so when I saw a coupon for this place I decided to give it a shot. I just needed a contact prescription so I felt like it would be ok. My husband was putting up a fence and the nail popped off and hit his eye. I called several eye doctors in the area and they couldn’t fit him in... shouldn’t there be room for an emergency patient? Anyways, I remembered that Vision Optique was in Mandeville... we called and they did not hesitate! They said come right in! Awesome & thorough! We will be back with the whole family for eye exams! And definitely recommending to everyone!
Frames were ok prescription still isn’t correct. Have had two exams and the glasses remade and still have issues. There is no one who can convince me that the script they put in the glasses is correct when I can see with my old glasses and not with the new ones. Seems they want to put you in what they want you in instead of what you need a waste of money is an understatement.

Jonathan and the staff at the Mandeville store are awesome to work with. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selections reading and sunglasses. I highly recommend Vision Optique!!!
