My wife and her kids have been using Vision One Arlington Heights for decades. When we got married I started using them. The staff his is incredible. Extremely helpful, they go out of their way if you need minor adjustments on glasses, etc. Dr Jason Brand his father are very attentive to your concerns and have amazing demeanor. The prices are fair as well, tons of options for glasses. This office is top notch!!!
Vision One Family Eye Care is one of the best experiences I have had with an eye doctor. I want to start with Dr. Bill Brand. I had tried contact lenses decades ago and gave up because I could never find a pair that fit right. When he suggested I try again, I was skeptical, but he found a new brand and gave me samples to test. I struggled to get them in at first, so I brought a mirror he taught me himself. Everyone at the front desk and office was very helpful. Also the doctor was very detailed explaining the procedure throughout the lasik surgery. The other doctor on the follow up appointment was also very nice.
Seen and taken care of super quick, it was my first time at the eye doctor in years and everyone was really kind and explained everything to me kindly and with patience. Would recommend anyone here
Great place for glasses and vision exams-- ive been a customer for several years and its always painfree and easy
