They have been taking care of my husbands eyes he is having surgery this am. I have complete confidence.
Horrible service!!!!! they make you waste your time. They don’t explain things clearly. Twice I went to take my husband’s aunt in for surgery, and they canceled it while we were already there.

Mom had a procedure scheduled for 7:30am, she wasn't called for paperwork until 8:15am, they took her back at 8:30 and told me it would be an hour or so. Here it is 10:15, and she hasn't even had the procedure started. If they are going to be this long they need to communicate it better. Instead of saying it will be approximately 4 hrs, maybe they should say that because they can't guarantee when you will be called back to go ahead and be prepared to be here for the majority of the day!
