Very rude Holly. Told her the Receptionist wasn't very friendly. She basically told me I was not telling the truth. I don't care if she is 3 ft from her. Customers are always right. Patients I mean. I never get any rude service from anywhere but here. My daughtr keeps putting it off too because they are not friendly. The gal who does the glasses is really nice and we like Dr Patel. They have been taking care of my husbands eyes he is having surgery this am. I have complete confidence.
Horrible service!!!!! they make you waste your time. They don’t explain things clearly. Twice I went to take my husband’s aunt in for surgery, and they canceled it while we were already there.
