Horrible absolutely horrible.At first it was okay everyone was kind and nice the only problem was the price for contacts were unreasonably high,until one day I went for my appointment for an exam where I completely forgot my contacts which i needed.Yeah that was on me I apologized and asked to reschedule with the young lady at the front desk.Soon after this more elderly lady broke into our conversation and with a very harsh and rude tone told us it was unacceptable to make this mistake.I do agree it was my mistake but the co... read more
In and out quick, everybody professional, clean facilities, only knock was TV was too loud, nobody need to hear Kelly Ripa at full volume at 9 am
They couldn't take me in because they couldn't find my appointment. It was slow too I drove 40 minutes to the vision one
I went there over two months ago to get glasses and I was told they’d be ready in two weeks. I have called twice. I have left messages. No one calls me back and I’ve got no glasses.
I had the worse experience trying to schedule an exam for my mother. The clerk Holly was very rude, did not follow through and made the experience very unpleasant. We will not be having her surgery with this place.
