We had two unexpected shortages on supplies in our office this week, and Sarah our business manager at Vision hand delivered the supplies to us on two separate days. We're not a large volume user so it's impressive we received this level of service anyway, but in this case it was a rare exception that we really needed to be up and running immediately and Sarah came through with exceptional service.

We've been working with Sarah and the VOS team for over a year and they've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've had any issues with our printers. They're very reliable and we've really enjoyed working with them.
