I came here to get my eye prescription and order contacts, but the front desk staff ordered the wrong ones — not what I had asked for at all. They first told me the order could be canceled, but a few days later they said I’d have to wait until I received it, then bring it back for a refund. When I finally got the wrong contacts and returned them in person, they suddenly said the refund would take 2–3 months even though they had promised it would be immediate.
