A year ago I bought a very expensive pair of designer frames. After waiting about a month, I received the call to pick them up. When I went to pick them up, they were bent. I was told that they would send them back and get me a new pair. After about a month, I received a call to go pick them up. They were still bent. They tried to adjust them and broke them in half. Very impressed with the care I received. They were very organized and handled all my insurance issues efficiently. The optometrist was much more informative than my old ophthalmologist. Highly recommend.
