I’ve always seen Dr.Lee at the Lajunta office for years. He referred me to a Dr in Pueblo that did my cataract surgery and told me to come back to him in Lajunta once it’s done. Today I called for an appointment and the snotty girl told me Dr. Lee no longer sees adults in the Lajunta office to seek another doctor. End of conversation!! WOW what a way to treat customers..I do not recommend vision now in Lajunta not only are they snotty but you never see a doctor in person any more there. EDIT : well I can't afford your services without the insurance (indigent, on disability you know), but apparently I can't afford services woth insurance, since you charge double, I end paying the same, the only difference is you get paid extra and my insurance pays out but nothing changes for me. Where is the confusion? I don't know how to feel about this place. I went late last year, good experience. 1.It took over 4 weeks to get my glasses in. 2. There weren’t the right frame nor lenses. 3. The employees did not do anything to help so we went to ark valley. 4. They pretty much were zombies. 5. When we went to get our prescription it was a person on a tv screen how unprofessional. Needless to say we will never come back here.
I don't know how to feel about this place. I went late last year, good experience. Twice as much (of course I couldn't afford what my insurance didn't cover, since it was still the full price if I paid out of pocket).
