EDIT : well I can't afford your services without the insurance (indigent, on disability you know), but apparently I can't afford services woth insurance, since you charge double, I end paying the same, the only difference is you get paid extra and my insurance pays out but nothing changes for me. 1.It took over 4 weeks to get my glasses in. 2. There weren’t the right frame nor lenses. 3. The employees did not do anything to help so we went to ark valley. 4. They pretty much were zombies. 5. When we went to get our prescription it was a person on a tv screen how unprofessional. Needless to say we will never come back here.
