Got hired on Nov 5, got fired Nov 12, because I voiced I did not feel comfortable taking patients on my own on the 4th day because I only had 3 days of training. No one who is actually in office is licensed. Got told “you’re lucky you’re getting this amount of training, i got shown once and was left with the patients.” ON DAY 4. overall a terrible work experience, would not recommend for a dr either. Their turn over rate is insane, AND the big boss came down to fire me with a huge hickie on her neck.
They take forever to have glasses made or contacts made. Its actually ridiculous.... Multiple weeks and hope nothing goes wrong when you get them. If you can't see good luck with these guys. My glasses were made and I had to go pick them up 3 weeks later. My contacts were still not ready. Every time I checked over a month later, Still not ready. We purchased glasses only here, in February, for my daughter. The prescription was wrong. We went in three times and told them she would not wear them and said they were blurry. No one offered to check them and make sure they were correct. We finally took them to our doctor who checked them and they were in fact wrong. You got a 2 star because you have Samantha. If not for her, it would be 0. I experienced incompetence from the start. I have worn glasses for around 50 years. Not once have I had as many problems getting a correct prescription as with this business. Glasses do not fit correctly. Prescription is completely wrong. I have given you 2 chances to get it right.
