They take forever to have glasses made or contacts made. Its actually ridiculous.... Multiple weeks and hope nothing goes wrong when you get them. If you can't see good luck with these guys. My glasses were made and I had to go pick them up 3 weeks later. My contacts were still not ready. Every time I checked over a month later, Still not ready. We purchased glasses only here, in February, for my daughter. The prescription was wrong. We went in three times and told them she would not wear them and said they were blurry. No one offered to check them and make sure they were correct. We finally took them to our doctor who checked them and they were in fact wrong. When I brought them back in with a paper from our doctor showing their were wrong they told me I would need to schedule an appointment with the doctor (two weeks) and then wait for them to remake the lenses (t... read more

You got a 2 star because you have Samantha. If not for her, it would be 0. I experienced incompetence from the start. I have worn glasses for around 50 years. Not once have I had as many problems getting a correct prescription as with this business. Glasses do not fit correctly. Prescription is completely wrong. I have given you 2 chances to get it right.
