Fab experience with Liam. Came last minute when he was prepared to stay open past closing time, then managed to get us a car after we realised we made an error with the original one we came to see. Accommodated us with a last minute collection date and even took a call out of hours whilst looking for a razor. Thank you for being so professional! Would definitely recommend!
Was promised to be refunded £200 after I chose not to buy, now they’re refusing to refund. Stole my deposit in bright daylight, criminals! Reporting them to police as I write this. Avoid at all cost!!! now they're blatantly lying that I requested these modifications, I made no requests before buying and cannot even get my name right. Bought a car from here just about a couple of months ago. Had to take it back twice for some issues with the car which were never actually resolved. Apparently the car was freshly MOT’d at the time of purchase yet when inspected by a BMW specialist all pads and discs were at a dangerous level so no way it could pass an MOT. Car only came with 1 key then strangely enough 2 weeks after having the car it was stolen! Avoid.
I bought my car for about 15k, and the condition was atrocious. Had scratches everywhere, which wasn’t stated when bought, the brake pads went almost instantly when I drove out of the garage. I didn’t test drive the car, which was silly of me, then when I tried to request a refund because of the faults that I wasn’t informed of when I bought, they told me I had buyers remorse and that I test drove the car.
