Lovely staff, good optometry.
Always happy with optometrist and glasses. I have currently been waiting for new frames for 3-4 weeks. Communication with patients could be improved regarding availability of frames, I have had to go into the Benowa clinic 3 times to eventually be told that the frames are on back order and may not be here before I go overseas in two weeks. Maybe revise that rating to three and a half stars! Haven’t had this issue in the past and it appears as if the ball has been dropped?
David Lincoln has been my optometrist for many, many years! His knowledge, professional skills and advice are exemplary.
Highly professional & knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
