I had a very good experience when I went in today. I was a little earlier than my appointment, but that attended t me immediately and I was done at the time they had told me . Everybody that attended to me was very professional and very kind. The Ophtalmologist was very thorough and explained everything to me. I am happy with my experience.
This eye doctor location (possibly all of the locations) is....let's go with "not good" by which I mean they constantly cancel. After each of the three cancelations, the rescheduled time is three plus weeks out. I have not had an experience that would even come close to two stars! The staff are completely nonchalant with rescheduling and understanding the inconvenience. I am looking forward to see if this practice responds....
Great visit. I was called in on time. Everyone was nice and clear with instructions. The atmosphere is soothing. The facility is neat and clean. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable of what they were doing. I love this place. Thank you!!
