Great Clinic! Had a great experience.
The staff were polite but slow. It took 2 hours for the entire examination. 20 mins for the eye exam procedure and 1 hour and half waiting. I thought I was almost done to pick up my eye exam prescriptions to only wait again for 15 more mins. The Dr came to the front to asked about what’s going on with my exam papers? Then left the area, and I continued to wait until I asked how much longer with this take? Ridiculously amount of time they have patients waiting.
Dr. Chin Loy, Johanna, and all of the staff in the office are the most friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff I’ve ever come across in a medical office in a very long time. I had the best time with everyone I interacted with today during my appt & felt so comfortable from beginning to end. The office was super clean as well. 10/10 highly recommend. Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses soon ☺️
