I didn't realize eye exams took almost three hours. In the middle of my exam, my doctor randomly went on a political rant. Very unprofessional. They dilated my eyes then sent me back in the waiting room where I've been waiting for close to an hour.

Since my insurance company reimbursed Vision Master for my eye exam over 6 weeks ago, I am still waiting for them to send me a check. I called them and they said that a check had been made out to me but that if I wanted it, I was advised to pick it up myself. I asked if they could put it in the mail and they repeated that they advised that I should pick it up myself. I am not in the habit of traveling about town picking up money that others owe me!
I have been bringing my husband and my son here for years and I have had nothing but great experiences. They even adjusted my sons frames numerous times for free following sports incidents. We are very happy with their service and product.
