Our whole family goes here. I have never been asked to pay anything up front. My son went threw a lot of frames in one year, and I never had to pay anything.
My entire family goes here and loves it! So I do not understand the low ratings at all. Everyone is very friendly, the optometrist is amazing and caring. We never had any issues with insurance or our order. This is a great eye care place!
What crooks I called told them what insurance I had. They said fine the accepted that insurance. I made the appt but when I got there they wanted cash up front. They are listed as a provider by my insurance company but when you get there they want cash BEWARE
Vision Mart is a very friendly atmosphere. I don't understand why people have given it as low of ratings as they have. The treatment and atmosphere was great and they helped me out tremendously. The only thing I have had an issue with is how long it takes to get an order in but that is beyond their control.
THEY ARE THE WORST I AGREE WITH THE FIRST COMMENT..THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN..THE OWNER IS MEAN...AND IS JUST WORKS ON MONEY HE SEES EVERYONE WHEN THEY WALK IN TO PAY UPFRONT FOR CRAPPY SERVICE.
it is the WORST place to go for a eye exam, they are awful!..wouldnt ever go back..they are very RUDE to everyone that comes in
