I found this guy on marketplace and he communicated fine on messenger. However, our first appointment for the measurements and template he didn’t show up or contact us to let us know he was going to be late. When I reached out to him he didn’t respond until the appointment time had past by an hour and half, finally showing up almost 3 hours late. Originally did my Cabinets in 2018. The cabinets really are very nice. But: I’m now having problems with two of my cabinets, I contacted David Oertel (who had told me previously he was the owner) and a month later (as well as email to the company) I have received no information. The slides they have put on the drawers, I am not able to find. David Oertel Said he could order them for me. This morning he sent me a text. It said they’re $70. No invoice, nothing professional, I would never use them again.
Buyer beware !!! Jay is not a man of his word, he quoted us on cabinets and countertop, he installed cabinets did not secure island and has now not responded for countertops !! Sucks I had a lot of friends I was going to refer him!
Giving this business 1 Stars and will post photos and detailed information from our experience on Tuesday. Hoping the owner will step up and get our job done, per the contract and as promised as he says he's a man of his word. We'll see. It's been almost 9 months and we've yet to see Jay, the owner, come back and completely finish our kitchen. The cabinets are not holding up and not sure if our countertops are truly sealed. Complete scam of a company. Recommend avoid at all costs. Ordered and paid for cabinets MONTHS ago and the owner disappeared and wont return calls or any other attempts at communication.
