Good communication at first and then good luck! Guy showed up 2 days late to measure, apologized saying the wife surprised him with a trip but I guess he couldn’t call or message his customers. Measured it wrong after all, scheduled installed for a Friday and then finally came the following Wednesday, installers were cool but the but was wrong. I found this guy on marketplace and he communicated fine on messenger. However, our first appointment for the measurements and template he didn’t show up or contact us to let us know he was going to be late. When I reached out to him he didn’t respond until the appointment time had past by an hour and half, finally showing up almost 3 hours late. Originally did my Cabinets in 2018. The cabinets really are very nice. But: I’m now having problems with two of my cabinets, I contacted David Oertel (who had told me previously he was the owner) and a month later (as well as email to the company) I have received no information. The slides they have put on the drawers, I am not able to find. David Oertel Said he could order them for me. This morning he sent me a text. It said they’re $70. No invoice, nothing professional, I would never use them again.
Buyer beware !!! Jay is not a man of his word, he quoted us on cabinets and countertop, he installed cabinets did not secure island and has now not responded for countertops !! Sucks I had a lot of friends I was going to refer him!
