No less than 12 calls to try and get an existing RX refilled. No call backs. Not only did the RX get filled for 38 days instead of 90 days but when the mistake was found it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Then it took almost a week to finally get it right - this was completed by another doctor. I tried calling at least 4 of their locations and not one person picked up the phone. I left several messages and was only called back after locating the office manager.
I went to ************ *** ********* in Tunkhannock, Pa. for my routine eye exam. Ordered glasses had to have them tightened numerous and was finally told they couldn't be tightened anymore. They continued to slide down my nose, also noticed I could not see distance as well as my old glass (which the frame was broken) when driving.
