Felt like a warehouse. I was told one thing by the sales person when I made the deposit, then when I called to confirm again, I was told something else (RE pick up windows for sale dresses). Apparently I wasn't allowed to put a dress on layby because it was on sale, but the sales person who helped me said I could. Very frustrating experience. I ended up getting a different dress somewhere else as I ended up having a lot of negative feelings towards the dress I chose after my experience.
