RecommendedI had been looking for an optometrist in the city for a while. Stumbled upon Vision Heights Optical on a walk one day and scheduled an appointment. Their staff are fantastic and diligent! They helped me pick a pair of frames as I was unsure what I was looking & the frames are continually complimented. I went in with no vision insurance, and came out under $200 (appointment, prescription, frames, and glass!) with the perfect pair of glasses (and finally able to see without a headache)! I am honored to talk about a true virtuoso in the field with over 20 years of experience in optic care at Vision Heights Optical; Anso Paulino. My glasses were trampled at a party and the frames seemed to be bent in every direction way past repair with the lens completely out. I really scould give them a zero rating u see they cloesd for the holiday without warning their patients that was very unprofessinal in my book ive been trig to contact them since dec 272013 to see if i can get my replacement glasses. I m npt well health wise and cant see without my glasses amd now i cant even get glasses because i have davis vision and they wont let me go to a different loc ation thanks alot for not being professional and letting your patient now that u r moving...
