Dr. Walker is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, my experience with her receptionist and the office’s communication has been terrible. I was told my glasses would arrive in two weeks. After waiting a month without an update, I had to call myself—only to be told they had “gotten lost” in shipping. No one had notified me, and it appeared the office wasn’t aware of the issue until I inquired. Getting someone on the phone has been equally frustrating. While the Doctor herself is absolutley wonderfull , the staff unfortunatley falls extremley short. extremley unfortunate to have to look for care elswhere
I have been trying to find an eye doctor for quite some time and thankfully found Dr. Walker. I had the most lovely examination and connection with Dr. Walker Not only was Dr. Walker wonderful her staff was equally as helpful and understanding. While my insurance did not cover everything the staff was so helpful helping with my decisions about the glasses and lenses I chose. This will be my second time writing a review for this doctors office. I have tried to give Dr. Walker and her team a second chance at providing better service/customer service and i am extremely disappointed AGAIN. Let me start by saying that this office is the worst doctors office that i have ever dealt with. The office staff does not answer the phone AT ALL and once they do your either on hold for several minutes15-20 mins or you get hanged up on.
