This will be my second time writing a review for this doctors office. I have tried to give Dr. Walker and her team a second chance at providing better service/customer service and i am extremely disappointed AGAIN. Let me start by saying that this office is the worst doctors office that i have ever dealt with. The office staff does not answer the phone AT ALL and once they do your either on hold for several minutes15-20 mins or you get hanged up on. Very difficult to get attention from the doctor especially when i came to know she is having some contract issues with my insurance, and I asked to be sent the prescription. No response yet after over a dozen calls to their office and leaving 4 messages to Dr. Julienne.
Nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Walker & her staff! Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable! they were amazing with my special needs children!
I wish I could give 5 stars but it's all comes down to management doctor Walker is great office staff NEVER EVER answer the phone! You can call at anytime of the day and rest assure they WON'T ANSWER YOU. But IF YOUR LUCKY that's a big IF to make it through or go in and get to the doctor your in good hands I have tried it before I was there and stood outside and called to see what will happen they are sitting at the front desk not answering. Finding Dr Walker was the best thing that happens to me after many problems with my eyes and to get the perfect lenses for me. Dr Walker is extremely talented and careful to fit exactly your needs. She is unique and I always will be grateful to be able to get her help with my contacts even after I move to another state. I recommend her 💯% You will be so happy especially if you have cornea problems. Than you so much Dr Walkefor always been there for me! I really appreciate it!!!
