Avoid ICON Property Management if you value honesty and accountability. My quarterly HOA payments along with other homeowners were repeatedly reported as "missing," resulting in late and processing fees, while the blame was placed on me or my bank. Customer service was often rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I paid for mulch service that was never provided. Based on my experience, this company is disorganized, unresponsive, and more focused on collecting fees than resolving homeowner concerns.
If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. Let me start by recognizing Judi Woods, who was professional, courteous, and truly a pleasure to work with. The golf course, clubhouse, amenities, and staff at The National Golf & Country Club are truly 5-star. Unfortunately, my experience with the HOA has been very different. I paid two quarters of my HOA dues in advance using the coupon book that was mailed to homeowners. Don't bother calling or leaving a message. They will never call you back; they are far from being a customer-focused company. They will never do what's right for the poor souls that have them as a hoa management company.
I would like to highlight the outstanding work of Selena Urena from Accounts Receivable. With great willingness and professionalism, she resolved in less than five minutes an issue that I had tried multiple times to address through phone calls, without success.
