Absolutely the worst hoa to work with
FAILING GRADE & WELL DESERVED!... "Would have given ZERO stars if there was an option!" READ all the 1 star reviews, and ask yourself, would you hire this place to manage your property with only a 2 star rating with all these complaints? !!!
I have nothing but disdain for this company. Un professional, incompetent and/or lazy. Trying to find out information here is like pulling teeth. I can't wait until we fire these bozos and get an better run group in here.
Terrible communication and follow through.
Awful property management company, that regularly provides little to no value to COA(s)/HOA(s). Thankfully Osprey Cove just fired Icon Management and signed on with a new management company. ICON could not provide a CAM for more than 2-3 months at a time, prior to the community being notified of the employees departure. It seems that this property management cannot keep employees happy in their roles, resulting in arguably 0 value being provided to the communities.
