Terrible service. I have a 3-year contract with them, and this is the third year — yet our lawn keeps getting worse. I’ve called them several times, but they just don’t seem to care. I even paid for two years of crabgrass treatment, but each time they started too late — and this year, they haven’t done it at all. Last year, they completely forgot to treat the backyard.
