Another dealership with empty promises and time wasted.
We came through town first thing in the morning before they opened. Chuck, the svc manager was just getting his day started when he dropped what he was doing to help us out. Turns out we had- what could have been- a major issue if we kept driving. I can't thank Chuck, and the tech Titus enough for getting us rolling again, and in a timely manner. Small town service at its finest. Thank you to you both.
Very friendly staff. The service manager, Chuck, was extremely helpful and was willing to look at my vehicle when they did not have a mechanic available, knowing that I was leaving on a long trip before one would be available. Would give them a sixth star if I could.
It's a bit pricey as expected from a dealership, but the service center has always been extremely helpful and is usually able to get my vehicle in pretty quick. Everyone has always been very friendly.
