I’ve been going to VFE for a little over a year now. The first time I came to them it was because of an injury. I was training for my first marathon Long Beach they got me up to shape and I was able to complete it. now I have Marco working on me. He’s been my bodywork guy for about six months he’s really good and has worked on my lower back and my inductors and the rest of my body.
