As a regular runner, I need good therapy on my muscles. I first met Evelyn after a race and for a short session, she worked out some kinks. I have since booked her a couple of times now for a full session and she first asks what ails you the most. Her approach is very thorough and she gets to the root of the issue, going through the entire muscle chain to make you feel better!
Rich and staff are amazing. Super knowledgeable and professional. They are a necessary component to every athletes recovery and key to staying healthy.
For years I have been plagued with injuries. Old and new. Since I began to see Evelyn Garcia at VFE Duarte my overall shoulder and lower back pain have been reduced. I have a way better range of motion on my shoulder and can tolerate vigorous work routines and exercise alike. I am a work in progress and trust that Evelyn will help get me right and keep me right.
