It's not possible for us to overstate how amazing Rich and VFE has been for our high performing teenage daughter, who is a distance runner with D1 aspirations. As a protective parent, it can be hard to allow a therapist to go "hands' on" with our daughter, but we wouldn't want to work with anyone but VFE. We felt extremely comfortable and safe from day 1, and the results speak for themselves. Definitely the place to go for an elite teenage athlete. You get what you pay for!

As a regular runner, I need good therapy on my muscles. I first met Evelyn after a race and for a short session, she worked out some kinks. I have since booked her a couple of times now for a full session and she first asks what ails you the most. Her approach is very thorough and she gets to the root of the issue, going through the entire muscle chain to make you feel better!
Rich and staff are amazing. Super knowledgeable and professional. They are a necessary component to every athletes recovery and key to staying healthy.
