22/4/25 - I found my next dream home and looked at it last weekend. We had a 7 day finance clause in our offer. Who did I contact? Vision Finance Collective (wouldn't go anywhere else). Darren got back to me on the weekend and sent out the information request for the documents he needed to be able to proceed with checking the borrowing capacity and presenting us with lending options. After wasting the first 15 days of a 21 day finance period with a “big name brand” broker and almost giving up on the purchase, my agent connected me with Brad from Vision Finance who somehow managed to pull it all together in under 3 days! No idea how he did it, but he clearly knows his stuff and was incredibly responsive at every step. Couldn’t recommend more highly and won’t be going elsewhere for finance again! Thanks Brad!!
