Don't go here worst place for your eyes in Citrus County, can't get your prescriptions or for them to work with you. So unorganized the doctor is good but the staff is the worst in the world that can't keep people here. Had to wait 4 hours with my friend to be seen.STAY AWAY READ ALL THE REVIEWS......
This place has all sorts of appointments but only has 1 doctor to see patients. Hours of waiting times. People are just walking out. This is no way to run a business. So unset with them right now!!
My grandmother almost lost her vision because of this place! Dr. Flores is the one who damn near blinded her! She’s still looking for someone to repair the DAMAGE this place has caused! Would never recommend this place to anyone! When dealing with someones vision you should be more communicative with your patients. My family has reached out NUMEROUS TIMES! And still, complete SILENCE from the establishment. No regard for your patient or their vision. Do not give this place the chance to steal insurance money or your vision!
Because I have Humana, I had no choice but to go there. Terrible place....I had the shot in my right eye for Wet Macular Degeneration, He said ok your all done I went to get up and saw nothing but an orange lava lamp like with black slinkys . I said Oh lord is this normal, he said yes. Well I found out later he was suppose to irrigate the eye to wash out the Betadine... . this is a top-notch professional establishment ....typically ,when you have any procedure involving dealation or involving an eye injection, simply put..."It takes time" and people need to Get That. They have many patients that go there, Because they do things the right way, so its usually busy. it is normally a 2 hr visit....keep it in mind before making an appointment
