Great doctor but the front office desk is very disorganized. Very hard to get anyone on the phone and ask for a $50 cancellation fee if you want to reschedule. In February I arrived for 10:15 am appointment and was seen by the doctor 2 hours after my appoinment time. They are overbooking and seriously considering leaving this practice altogether.
Excellent experience for my 6 year old! Friendly staff and doctor. She looks forward to her next visit.
Great doctor, but no one ever answers the phone, going on weeks trying to get someone on the phone, and it always goes to the call service who cant call the office. Hoping someone at the office reads this and maybe decides to answer the phone
Poor communication, they don't answer the phone, that's bad for business searching for a new provider.
I call to make my appointment it was fast and very respectful lady who answered the phone
