Had an eye test done with Brian which was nice and quick. Then Rachel at the front desk was able to sort out my prescription very quickly. Was such a smooth experience and very easy. They were both extremely nice and warm too.
I found the reception staff at The Optical Store, Runaway Bay, to be very efficient & friendly. The optician, Brian, was very professional and friendly too. The whole experience was relaxing.
