I arrived for my appointment on time, was ignored for 10 minutes due to the receptionist chatting to someone about a girl who was murdered in Sydney. Had my eye test done, says my eyesight is very good, but wanted me to get multivision glasses for reading and computer. Front desk receptionist could not give me a quote, she said it depends on a lot of things...??? Optometrist excused himself from the conversation to go play on his phone. Staff at front counter are courteous and friendly, shop presents well. Optometrist has a pleasant personality and knows his job very well. Definitely recommend.
