Called Southport this morning to book an appointment for today. Spoke to a lovely lady and she booked me in. Rocked up at 11.30am for my appointment and the male admin/receptionist was so rude! He told me I had no appointment and it was actually booked at Runaway Bay. I showed my call log and explained how I only called Southport and asked if maybe the phones were linked. I had a thoroughly professional engagement with this business. I had a problem regarding a contact lens in my right eye, and I could not recommend highly enough the attention, care, and reassurance that was given to me in resolving this issue. I was visiting from interstate, as I have a vacation in this area every year, I will have no hesitation in contacting this business again, should the need arise. Excellent service from very professional and friendly staff
Visited for an eye health check to see how much my eyesight has deteriorated in the last six months. The Optometrist was helpful, understanding, and professional.
I does not make me happy to leave a negative review, but I feel like it has to be addressed in some way. My review is very similar to last negative review that is left here. I went for an eye test in January and was very happy with a test and optometrist who ran it. great service. Very friendly. But my experience with a front desk male, was not as pleasant and smooth.
