The contractor they used to do the roof did a good job. I was disappointed in the sales man however, he did not stand behind his word. I needed a small section of gutters done after all my work was done that I was willing to pay for and he said he would get it taken care of. I ended up having to find someone else. I also referred my neighbor and they replaced his roof on his shop the sales man said there was a referral reward they would pay but I never got it or heard back on that either. Vision Exteriors was contracted to do some vinyl siding and install new gutters with leaf guard. During and after each job I noticed issues. When attempting to work out how to get things corrected the service, communication, and quality from the owner and teams were both very poor. 1. Siding team was supposed to cut wet wood damage out from dormers and replace with plywood as specified in the contract before installing siding and they were caught trying to just cover everything up.
