The HdG office needs to reevaluate their scheduling. Showed up 10 minutes early for an appointment. It's now 35 minutes passed the appointment time and still waiting.
Dr. Tran is amazing! He is pleasant, informative, and is patient with answering questions. He took his time with me and was sympathetic. I will recommend him to my friends and family!
I called on a Tuesday for an appointment for double vision. I was seen that Thursday by Dr. Byron. Not only did I receive the most thorough exam of my eyes ever, Dr. Byron was great! He was so informative and really put my mind at ease. The woman at the front desk who scheduled my next appointment was just as kind and helpful. I am so glad I found this practice!!
Rude receptionist.
This is more directed for the optical department. Dr Byron is great but the optical department needs to be removed or they need to partner up with a different company. I ordered contacts immediately after my appointment. 2 weeks later still no call about them coming in. I call and ask if they come in or status and they just say nope not in. I said ….. ok?
