Had to have lenses remade. Twice. Should have went to America's Best again. In addition.... They open at 8. Not 7:30🙄
A very nice, caring and helpful people.
Today, Mel helped me look for a lost pair of sunglasses. She took the time to look in the lost and found then sort through a very full donation box of glasses (probably a hundred pair or more) to see if mine had found its way in with the others. Since she didn’t find it in her search, she graciously looked up my lost pair in Kaiser records so I could describe it when I called the other facilities I’d visited.
