Today, Mel helped me look for a lost pair of sunglasses. She took the time to look in the lost and found then sort through a very full donation box of glasses (probably a hundred pair or more) to see if mine had found its way in with the others. Since she didn’t find it in her search, she graciously looked up my lost pair in Kaiser records so I could describe it when I called the other facilities I’d visited. The staff there were not welcoming at all, not greeted when we came in nor helped while we were looking for eye glasses. When I asked a staff (Chelsie) at the Orchard vision center. She stated in a minute, even though there was no other customers in the center. Customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The staff here need to really work on their customer service.
Deborah was excellent and really took the time to help me pick out my glasses and explained the options I had with my type of insurance plan she really was awesome and friendly
