I'd just like to say my experience at the optical department with sales associate Bri was very refreshing . Someone who really loved her profession and took genuine interest in me as a client. Such an awesome joyful spirit. She took good care of me. Helped me make, what I feel, was the right decision for my eyeglasses. Thank you
My experience initially was one of frustration. Had to sign -in by answering on a machine, constantly tapping the machine to by more time to complete with people behind me. My frustration came to an immediate end when meeting Jan. A experienced professional, she provided sound advice and patience. She was GREAT!!! Thank you , Jan.
Jan singleton was my optician and she did a fantastic job helping me with my eye care needs, I will always come back to her for my routine matinance on my Eye care needs.
They are not professional,never go back due my eyes glass there,pls do not waist your time look for another facility,i return this glass,and going somewhere else..
