Wonderful service! Diego was SUCH a lifesaver! I fell and "broke" my glasses, dislocated the arm, and was so worried I'd have to get new ones. They're my absolute favorite frames & I was just not in the mood to get new glasses. Diego not only fixed them in a timely manner, but the fix is perfect & I can't even tell there was a problem to begin with. He actually made them better than even before. Plus, it was free! LOL. Incredible service

Astrid Barahona in Vision Services was excellent - fitting me with a new pair of eyeglasses, cleaning and tightening up the old pair - then promptly delivering them to my work place. Nicely done!
My visit at Kaiser today was excellent. Optometrist Dr Kahn was an outstanding diagnostician, both competent and with great bedside manner. The optician was also efficient and polite and well versed in her profession.
