I am originally a Kaiser member from California, have been in Virginia almost 3 years, my husband Frank Grippando is bedridden with progressive MS, and his old glasses broke where the screw is, I thought it just needed a screw, but the Optician Paul Spampinato at the Haymarket facility told me a screw was stuck in the arm, need to order new glasses, well it’s very difficult to bring my husband in, so Mr Spampinato, located his glass RX in the California records and E mailed the Dr in California to send him the RX to him so w... read more
Great experience! They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Paul makes you feel very comfortable while looking for glasses. My daughter got the glasses she wanted and one that will be good for her small face.

Always pleased and grateful for the amazing clinical services delivered at the Haymarket location of Kaiser Permanente.
Although the female doctor who attended me was very friendly . The male nurse who did my eye exam was extremely rude. He refused to make conversation with me and said I was only here for an eye exam. I wasn’t able to ask basic questions without him cutting me off .I would not recommend this place .
