Jason was great. He introduced himself and helped me pick out the best frames. He was very knowledgeable about the frames and everything to do with his job. He listened to what I wanted and helped me pick the best frames for me. He also asked the opinion of other employees, which helped. Everyone in the department was really nice. I will definitely being going back when I need new glasses. Thank you.
Receptionists were friendly and diligent in helping me change my appointment time. Next, Jason showed enthusiasm in helping me select new frames for both sunglasses and regular glasses. Now THAT is something not even a husband would do! lol The post cataract glasses benefit made my day. It’s especially nice to see familiar faces when returning to Kaiser. Guess what? I have been a Kaiser member for 60 years!!
